The Emergency Planning Ordinance

This city ordinance extends CF 20-0380-S1, the Emergency Planning Ordinance, for another two years. The Emergency Planning Ordinance gives the city of LA the authority to continue temporary outdoor dining. Further, it removes parking requirements for current and new businesses within existing buildings less than 5,000 square feet. This policy expires March of 2025 but through a city council vote can be extended to March 2026.
