SB 1524 - Junk Fee Bill

This state bill provides updates to SB 478 the junk fee bill that eliminates ANY mandatory charge to a customer. We organized hard and fast to get businesses to support SB 1524. Now any mandatory service charge is allowed as long is it is posted “clearly and conspicuously” to the customer before ordering.
