AB 828 Restaurant Relief Act

This bill will allow 150 new full liquor licenses for restaurants available through a priority drawing process in LA County within certain census tracts like DTLA , Chinatown, Filipino Town, Art’s District and more. It will also suspend liquor licensing renewal fees for the calendar year of 2026 to LA County businesses.
